round 3,800 employees of Air Canada are working at call centers and airports without a contract since the last contract expired on February 28. The talks between the Union and the Air Canada management over the new contracts have failed to reach any deal.

There to pressure the airline, an overwhelming 98 per cent of the service staff voted in favor of strike action that will begin from June 13. The strike will hit Air Canada during the peak summer season.
